Our Business Centre has adapted in order to remain open to our tenants and virtual tenants during the COVID19 pandemic.
We are following Government guidelines in order to ensure that all our tenants and our staff can operate in a safe environment.
Some of the measures we have implemented in order to prevent the spread of COVID19 at Hexagon include:
Social Distancing
We ask everyone to abide by the 2 metre social distancing rule. We have put in place one-way system to ensure there are limited opportunities for proximity to others. All tenants have been asked to be extra cautious and ensure that they do not cross on the stairs, give way in corridors and generally respect other people’s 2m space.
Extra cleaning of communal areas
The communal areas are always thoroughly cleaned every evening by our cleaners. ‘Touch points’ such as the intercoms, staircase bannisters, entry panel and door handles are also cleaned again every morning and lunchtime by one of our reception team.
Anti-bac and hand washing
Antibacterial gel dispensers have been installed throughout the centre and tenants have been asked to use them throughout the day. Anti-bacterial soap and disposable hand towels are provided at every sink to encourage regular hand washing.
In serviced offices
Once within the realms of their own office, it is up to tenants to maintain the correct sanitation and social distancing. We have recommended the use of a personal hand sanitisers, Perspex screens for desks and frequent cleaning of keyboards and phones.
Virtual tenants
Virtual tenants who have 24/7 access to their mailboxes have been requested to adhere to anti-bac and social distancing rules at all times and to respect tenants’ space. For virtual tenants who would prefer not to enter the building, we are able to forward their post to them.
The safety of our staff and tenants is paramount and we will continue to constantly review our procedures in line with Government advice. Rest assured that we are working hard to ensure that our business centre can stay open safely for those with serviced offices who find working at home difficult.
