Where is Space House Business Centre based?

We are based in Park Royal, North-west London. Our address is: Space House Business Centre, Abbey Road, Park Royal, London. NW10 7SU

What hours can I access my office?

 You may access your own office 24 hours, 365 days of the year. The Centre management team is available 10am till 4pm Monday till Friday.

Am I tied to a contract?

Depending on the terms of your licence agreement, we offer both rolling contracts and 12-month licences and then ongoing on a periodic basis. Refer to the agreed terms to understand notice period required to exit an agreement.

What is included in the licence agreement?

 Please feel free to download the basic licence agreement here. Please note there may be slight variation from business to business

How do clients access my office?

Visitors are asked to come to reception and sign a visitors book (for fire safety) and you will be called to inform you that your visitor has arrived and they will be shown to the waiting area to have a seat whilst they wait.

Do I have parking?

Yes! We are one of few offices to offer parking

Are utilities included?

Air-conditioned heating and cooling. High-speed broadband, electricity, water rates, building insurance, and maintenance also part of your all-inclusive package.

Do the offices come furnished?

Absolutely, we offer our offices furnished, but we appreciate you may want to bring your own furniture so we can work with you to ensure the space meets your needs.
